Digital Literacy

Digital literacy is a great way to integrate technology and engage students in critical thinking about topics as well as help them to become powerful communicators.

Project: Bridging the Digital Divide- students will be encouraged and assisted in video production (creating PSA’s, Trailers, Teen Forums etc..) integrating technology.

1. Students will create a final production/presentation utilizing the skills and artifacts developed from previous workshops.
2. Students will invite parents and community to participate in final production.
3. Student will design a digital platform as portfolio and as a social network.
