The YNLBP Foundation is partnering for change through Bridging Gaps to Greatness Inc. youth initiative that aims to revitalize the sport of baseball in underrepresented communities. Through education, fundamental skills, and leadership development, we strive to make a significant impact in the lives of underrepresented youth that will inspire new legacies of greatness for generations to come.
The Negro Leagues 100th. yr. Anniversary celebration was organized by BGG Athletic Director Jerome Johnson, with Ken Biglar's Little League organization team champions and Negro league legends Dennis Biddle and Warren Kirkendoll.

It is our mission to develop, nurture, and sustain community partnerships in our commitment to the preservation, education, and dedication of Negro League Baseball. To assure their legacies of greatness, we serve to inspire exceptional athletes and future leaders, as a proven recipe for lifelong success on and off the field.
Our goal through established partnerships is to expand participation in the sport of baseball for underrepresented youth with a special emphasis on Tee Baller's (4-8-year-old) that will offer cutting-edge training, mentor-ship, and create pipelines of opportunity to make a significant impact in their lives and in the sport of baseball for generations to come.
